2026 WEST FEST - SEPTEMBER 24TH
Every year we wrap up our annual PTA fundraising campaign with West Fest! This year it will be held on Thursday, September 24 (Rain Date 9/28).
We need parent volunteers to help make it the best day ever! Please sign up for one or more time slots. Parents can only attend if checked in as a volunteer.
WCMS PTA holds ONE fundraiser each year to help us raise money for the programs and resources we provide to our school community. Each fall, we hold a donation drive that culminates in West Fest- a day of fun and games for all our students.
We set a fundraising goal each year based on projected plans, and various incentives are offered for students, classes, and/or grades. We recruit volunteers to help set up, supervise, and clean up various stations arranged in our giant "WCMS backyard."
In years past, we have had inflatable obstacle courses, gaga ball, staff dunk tank, corn hole, pickle ball, basketball, rock painting, lawn bowling, chess, and more! There is no charge for students to participate- West Fest is a huge "thank you" celebration for helping us promote the value and importance of supporting our PTA unit!
With your incredible support and fundraising efforts, the PTA was able to purchase our very own school Mascot, Drake the Dragon!! Thanks to all who helped make this (and many other amazing opportunities for our students and teachers) happen!!
